A Portland State University professor Alexander Reid Ross created a map to track the spread of far-right vigilantism in the United States. According to Bloomberg, “has gathered more than 560 examples of far-right actors and vigilantes showing up to demonstrations and other events, drawing from photo-backed accounts on social media and news reports. An interactive map he built with the data details a range of encounters, individuals and groups across the country, from late spring to the present.”
